Podcasting: Episode 1 - The Ideal King Ram

With all that’s going on in the world, it’s hard to feel at ease about anything these days. Quarantining has allowed us to spend more time together as a core family. For our family, the power of storytelling goes along way. Whether it’s old tales that our parents have told us, funny excerpts from busy days at work and school or fairy tales. At Suri, we wanted to bring back the tales that were told to our grandparents and parents. Stories that were passed on when there was no tv or phones available on demand, or more so even a concept to IMAGINE!

One of the most widely known stories that people are familiar with is the Ramayan. Even though It’s not Diwali, this story is so fitting for what is surrounding us. It’s about overcoming a dark time, being in an unfamiliar setting, perhaps being away from home, the search for leadership, courage and strength and fighting the good fight.
